All player names, date of birth and emails will be stored in Champions Bowl database and can be used within the Champions Bowl tournaments worldwide to inform the parents / players regarding following tournaments. Parents / players may opt-out of receiving these announcements.

We may use a third-party service provider to send out emails. For a smoother communication, we may share information, such as your email address, to the service provider for this limited purpose only.

In the tournament booking process we have to collect your billing address and the names and date of birth of participating players. Names of accomodated players including date of birth will be shared with Partner Hotel.

We may use information generated and stored during your use of our services for our legitimate business interests to enable us to give you the best service and/or solutions and the best experience. These purposes include to carry out research and development to improve our services, products and applications and to develop and provide new and existing functionality and services (including statistical analysis, benchmarking and forecasting services)

Whenever we use your information for our legitimate interests, we will ensure that your information is processed on a pseudonymised basis and displayed at aggregated levels, which will not be linked back to you or to any living individual.
